Michael Inderbitzin will go down as the first breakout star of the newly created Mission Production Twins class. The Modesto, California, rider not only swept the two races in the category’s limited 2018 introduction, he did so in dramatic fashion both times out.
Inderbitzin chased down and blitzed the entire pack at the Springfield Mile I to claim the first-ever Production Twins checkered flag, and then pulled off another unlikely come-from-behind win when the series returned to the venue for the Springfield Mile II.
Inderbitzin built on that uptick in success in 2019, adding another Mission Production Twins top-five finish while scooping up his first-career Parts Unlimited AFT Singles podium with a runner-up result at the Perris Half-Mile.
He took another step forward in 2020, enjoying arguably his finest season as a professional. Inderbitzin earned top fives in both Parts Unlimited AFT Singles and Mission Production Twins action, the highlight being a AFT Singles runner-up in Dallas.
Inderbitzen followed that up with a six top-ten Parts Unlimited AFT Singles campaign in 2021, highlighted by a top five at the Chicago Half-Mile and then added three more top tens in 2022, including top-five at the Texas Half-Mile.
